We only make soft film — and we make it in our own factory.

The factory is ours
Slitting, die-cutting, laser cutting and inspection all run in one building we own in Shenzhen. No sub-contracted work, no re-labelled cartons. Video audit any time — we'll walk the floor live.
One category, deeply
We make soft film only — TPU and PET. No tempered glass, no cables, no phone cases. A narrow catalogue is what lets us cut and hold a true per-model contour across all 17 material combinations — on tooling we make ourselves.

Nothing on this page is outsourced. Every stage below happens under our own roof — which is why we can commit to lead times instead of hoping for them.
01 — Raw material inspection
Every incoming roll is measured before it reaches a machine. Transmittance, haze and thickness are logged per batch — if a lot drifts, it never enters production.

02 — Slitting & rewinding
Master rolls are slit to width and rewound under controlled tension. Getting this step right is what keeps film flat — and flat film is what laminates without bubbles.

03 — Die-cutting & laser cutting
Rotary die-cutting handles volume runs; laser cutting handles prototypes, complex contours and short runs. Tooling is designed and made in-house, so a new device model doesn't wait on a supplier.

- UV curing: Dedicated line for the UV series
04 — Visual QC & packing
Finished pieces are inspected on light tables by trained operators, then packed to your specification — retail blister, bulk carton, or private-label sleeve.
- Inspection: 12 QC checkpoints, AQL 1.0 sampling
- Packing: Retail, bulk or custom — your artwork, your barcode
We test what competitors only claim.
An in-house lab means data instead of adjectives. Every test below runs on our own bench, on production samples — not on a supplier's certificate.
ISO Class 1M cleanroom
Die-cutting and lamination run in a filtered, positive-pressure bay under amber safe lighting. Operators are fully gowned. This is where contamination — the number one cause of rejected screen film — is taken out of the process.
