Do you make tempered glass?
No — we specialise in soft film (TPU and PET) only. That focus is why our die-cutting tolerances stay tight. If you need glass, we're not the right supplier, and we'll say so.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
1,000 pcs per model / SKU. Mixed models in one order are negotiable.
Are samples free?
Sample packs are charged, and the cost is refunded against your first order. Free samples attract enquiries that never convert — charging keeps the process fair for serious buyers.
What are your payment terms?
50% deposit to begin production, 50% balance before shipment. Goods ship once the balance clears.
How long is the lead time?
Counted from the day the deposit is received:

All lead times count from the day the deposit is received — not from the day you enquire.
What sheet sizes do you supply for plotter film?
180 × 120 mm is the industry-standard consumable format and what we stock across all four material families. Foldable stock runs 200 × 190 mm. Any other dimension we cut to order.
Do you do OEM / private label?
Yes. Logo on the film backing, custom packaging, your barcode and artwork. We return a print proof for approval before tooling starts.
Can you customise dimensions, packaging and branding?
All three. Any size, any contour. Packaging in retail blister, bulk, or fully custom. Your logo on the film, the backing and the packing. Send artwork and we'll return a print proof before tooling.
How many materials and grades do you produce?
Four material families (TPU, EPU, UV and PET) across six functions and three grades — 17 material / function combinations and 33 grades in production.
AR sits inside EPU and PET. FOLD sits inside TPU. The UV family runs Basic through Ultra; the EPU family runs Pro and Ultra.
What is different about the UV series?
The UV family requires UV curing equipment downstream. Every other family needs nothing beyond the plotter — no curing equipment.
How durable is your foldable screen film?
FOLD — our foldable-screen TPU film — is tested to 100,000+ fold cycles, with anti-stiction treatment and a 118° water drop angle. It runs on our own 200 × 190 mm layout, distinct from the standard 180 × 120 mm format.
Can we visit or audit the factory?
Any time. We'll run a live video walkthrough of whichever line matters to your order, and share our business licence, address and equipment list on request.
