180 × 120 mm is the industry-standard consumable format and what we hold in stock. Running something else is not a problem — sheet size is one of the things we customise.
180 × 120 mm is the format compact plotters are built around, so it's what we stock across all four material families — and what most distributors reorder on. Foldable stock runs 200 × 190 mm to cover an unfolded inner screen in one piece.
Anything outside those two — a larger bed, a non-standard rectangle, a format you already import — we cut to your dimension. Send us length × width; tooling is made in-house, so a custom format doesn't turn a stock order into a development project.

Larger format for foldable inner screens, where the cut part has to cover the full unfolded panel in one piece. TPU-FOLD, 0.10 mm, ULTRA grade.
Give us length × width and we'll cut to it, in any of the 17 material / function combinations. Packaging and logo can be customised in the same run.
Every figure below is taken from our actual production layout — not a marketing range. Thickness is per material family; the UV and EPU families step up by grade — UV 0.15 / 0.18 / 0.25 mm, EPU 0.15 mm Pro → 0.18 mm Ultra (Privacy stays 0.15).

Below is the real per-grade feature set for the three combinations that run all three grades. Every other combination is Pro + Ultra, or Ultra only — the Ultra column always carries the full specification.
Every combo ships with our standard printed layout — series, function and thickness marked on each sheet, exactly as shown below. From 1,000 pcs your logo replaces ours.

Most of our plotter film ships under somebody else's brand. That's the point — you own the customer relationship, we own the manufacturing.
