Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every quotation, order and sale between Shenzhen Hangmo Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") and the buyer ("you"). By placing an order you accept them.

1. Business customers only

We sell to businesses for resale or for use in their own operations. We do not sell to consumers, and consumer distance-selling rights — including any right of withdrawal — do not apply.

2. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date we issue them, unless we state otherwise in writing. A quotation is not an offer capable of acceptance; an order becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing.

Prices are exclusive of freight, insurance, duties and taxes unless we say otherwise.

3. Minimum order quantity

1,000 pieces per model. We may accept smaller first orders at our discretion and at a different price.

4. Samples

Samples are chargeable. Where you go on to place an order, we credit the sample charge against it. Sample freight is at your cost unless agreed otherwise.

5. Specifications, tolerances and measured data

We publish structural specifications — material family, function, grade, format, thickness — on this site.

Optical and performance values differ by SKU and by production lot. Rather than print a range we have not tested, we supply measured figures for your specific SKU with your quotation. Where a bid or tender requires a figure to a stated standard, tell us: we will have the value tested rather than estimated.

Dimensional tolerances follow the tooling for the model concerned. If your application needs a stated tolerance, specify it before production and we will confirm whether we can hold it.

6. Custom work and tooling

We cut to custom dimensions and supply custom packaging and your own branding.

Tooling, dies and artwork prepared for a custom order remain our property unless you have paid for them, in which case they are yours and we will not use them for any other customer. Storage and re-use of customer-owned tooling after 12 months of inactivity is at our discretion.

7. Payment

50% deposit to start production. The remaining 50% is payable before shipment. We ship once the balance has cleared.

For first orders and for custom work we may require the full balance before production starts. Payment details will be on our proforma invoice; we will never change bank details by email alone.

8. Production and lead time

Lead time runs from the date we receive the deposit, not from the date of the order:

These are working estimates for standard specifications. Custom work, first orders and peak periods can take longer; we will tell you before you commit.

9. Delivery, title and risk

Default delivery term is FOB Shenzhen (we currently quote FOB Shenzhen; EXW and CIF available on request). Title and risk pass to you in accordance with the agreed Incoterm.

Dates we give are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

10. Inspection and defect claims

Inspect goods on arrival. Any claim for shortage, wrong specification or visible damage must reach us in writing within 14 days of delivery, with photographs and, where we ask, the retained samples.

Claims made after that window cannot be accepted, because condition after storage and handling is outside our control.

11. Warranty

We warrant that goods conform to the specification agreed in writing for the order.

We give no extended warranty beyond the claim window in section 10 — screen protection film is a consumable product whose service life depends on application, handling and environment, and we do not warrant performance after goods have been applied, converted or resold.

Our obligation for a valid claim is, at our choice, to replace the affected goods or credit their value. This is your sole remedy.

12. Cancellation and changes

Once production has started, an order cannot be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable. Changes requested after production has started will be priced and scheduled as a new instruction, and may affect lead time.

13. Limitation of liability

Our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the value of that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost production, downtime, recall costs or damage to your customer relationships — however it arises.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, war, sanctions, strike, power or material shortage, carrier failure, or government action. We will tell you promptly and either agree a revised schedule or refund any deposit for goods not yet produced.

15. Intellectual property

Our drawings, tooling designs, process know-how and this site's content remain ours. Where you supply artwork or branding you warrant that you own it and that its use does not infringe anyone else's rights, and you indemnify us against any claim that it does.

16. Compliance and export

You are responsible for ensuring that goods ordered meet the regulations of your destination market, and for import formalities. We will provide documentation we hold and that is reasonably needed for export and customs.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by good-faith discussion; failing that, it will be settled by arbitration at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).

18. General

If any provision is unenforceable the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
