HANGMO is a soft-film die-cutting factory in Pinghu, Shenzhen, converting TPU, EPU, UV-cured and PET screen protection film for brands, distributors and cutting-plotter users in 20+ countries. This page holds the certifications and test evidence we are asked for most often on supplier questionnaires.

Quality management system

Production runs under a certified ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. The certified scope is production and sales of protective film at our Pinghu site.

Third-party test reports

Two grades were tested by SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services (Shenzhen Branch) in July 2025 against the EU RoHS Directive (EU) 2015/863 and the ECHA SVHC Candidate List in force at that date.

How to read a test report. An SGS report certifies the sample submitted for the grade and the date printed on it — not a production batch, and not every grade we convert. SVHC screening is a snapshot against the Candidate List as it stood on the test date.

Batch-specific reports, an SVHC statement for the exact grade you are buying, and SDS / MSDS are issued against your project. Tell us the grade and the document you need and the file goes out with your quote.

Registered designs

Our application tooling is covered by registered designs in the markets we ship to. If you buy HANGMO application clips under your own brand, the design right sits with us — you are not importing a tool that belongs to someone else.

Patents and Chinese registered designs

16 granted Chinese patents cover our film structures and application tooling: 1 invention patent, 12 utility models and 3 registered designs. It is why we can take a construction from sample to mass production in-house instead of buying in a finished film. Terms of business, including MOQ and lead times, are on the trade terms page.

• Expired certificates. The validity dates above are the ones printed on the originals; once a date has passed the document is no longer current and comes down.
