Inside the Factory — Soft Film Die-Cutting in Shenzhen

Soft film only — made in one building we own. Slitting, die-cutting, laser cutting, artwork proofing and inspection all run under one roof in Pinghu, Longgang District, Shenzhen. No sub-contracted work, no re-labelled cartons. Below is the floor as it runs on a normal shift — record it, pause it, and match what you see against the address at the bottom of this page.

Four steps, all in-house

Every order — a sample pack or half a million pieces — goes through the same four stages, on the same lines, with the same operators.

Cutting & contouring

Rotary die-cutting and laser cutting, on tooling we design and make ourselves. A device drops, we cut the die — no waiting in somebody else's sampling queue. One 180 × 120 mm blank becomes any model's contour, so you carry stock of film instead of stock of finished SKUs.

Material, artwork & packing

UV-curable material measured into the line, artwork proofed on screen against the design file before anything is cut, and finished film packed to your specification — retail blister, bulk carton, or private label with your logo on film, backing and carton.

Inside the Class 1M cleanroom

Die-cutting and lamination run in a filtered, positive-pressure bay under amber safe lighting, with operators fully gowned. Contamination is the single most common reason screen film gets rejected — so it is designed out of the process rather than inspected away at the end.
